terms of use
payment & refund
i only accept payments through paypal for safety reasons, both for me and for you.i accept payments in € and USD only, and will be paid in full upfront.refund of your commission is only possible before i send you any progress update. once i started working on your order, refund isn't an option anymore (see more under working process below). i will only refund the money i received, which does not include paypal fees.by placing an order, you understand my TOS and agree not to file any paypal dispute.
working process
SKETCH: after discussing with you and getting all the references i need, i'll make one or two sketches of your prompt and send it to you for approval. a maximum of 3 MINIMAL CHANGES can be done for free (should you ask for any major changes at any point during the process, a revision fee will be added). once you get a sketch from me, you can no longer ask for a refund.
CLEANUP: i usually won't send any checkup before the final product, but you can ask me for a WIP. color tweaks are free.
DELIVERY: once everything is finished, you'll get a download link for your finished piece. i'll upload 2 versions: one with and without watermark. you're free to download whichever you like, but know that you're not allowed to post or repost any of my pieces without my consent.
do's and dont's
will draw: humans, furries & anthros, artistic nudity, nsfw (through my 18+ account), alcohol & cigarette use, mild gore, oc & self-insert.*
won't draw: content for nft or cryptocurrencies, problematic stuff, drug use, extreme gore, detailed mecha, creepypastas.
* due to incidents with previous commissionners i'm uncomfortable drawing any character that is a human representation of irl people, even in a cartoony style. non-human/supernatural self-inserts are safe.this list is non-exhaustive, please message me if you have any specific questions! note however that i may decline an order if im uncomfortable with its subject.
you're not allowed to:
(re)post my work without my consent
use my work for commercial purposes
use my work to train ai models
remove my signature or watermark
if you want to use my art as a profile picture/banner or in a personal project, please credit me explicitly.
